Alcare produces the Moldcare RI II system, a customizable patient immobilisation device utilising thermoplastic modelling techniques for precise positioning during radiation treatment. The system employs low specific gravity base material compatible with CT simulation and therapeutic procedures, allowing dose distribution measurements without compromising positioning accuracy. Moldcare RI II can be individually moulded to each patient's anatomy through controlled temperature and water application.

Operating from Japan since developing the country's first plaster bandage, Alcare focuses on creating medical products addressing clinical needs in radiotherapy positioning.
